At Blé Couture Cakes we specialise in creating an edible experience with every cake. We are a wife and husband team with our lovely children based in Ashford, Kent.

It all began with a Princess cake I made for my daughter years ago, followed by many other cakes I made for friends and family members.

I felt restricted by recipes in my very old cake book that I then set out to explore new tastes and new ideas with cakes. I carried on as a self-taught amateur, but it wasn’t long before I turned my passion for tastes and creativity into a home based registered cake business. 

I subsequently registered for my professional cake qualifications and with passion, dedication and a lot of patience, the business has evolved into the established cake business it is today.

Our flavours range from the traditional to more brave tastes and textures, with fillings that complement each cake, plus a little bit of something something….love! What’s a cake without love? :)
