Below, are a few things to note when ordering your wedding cake from Blé Couture Cakes:

Design Service

Our charges include a bespoke design service. There is no extra charge for creating a new design from your ideas.

Consultation and cake tasting:

We have a regular scheduled cake tasting session, once every month and are for a maximum of 2 people attending.

To book your place on one of these sessions you can either contact us by phone, email or using the contact form on our contact page. These sessions are at a price of £20 per session but are taken off the final price of the cakes for clients definitely ordering their cakes from us. 

Lead Times

We kindly request a minimum of three (3) months’ notice for all wedding cakes and minimum two weeks for birthdays and other celebrations; however we can work to shorter notice.

Payment

To confirm your order, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to confirm your order. The balance is due two weeks prior to delivery or collection of the cake. We accept payment by PayPal, BACS, mobile transfer, card payment or cash. 

Collection and Delivery

Delivery charge quoted at the time of order. For information on charges please call 07403 564457.

Our delivery service includes liaison with the banqueting team at your venue, assembly of the cake in situ and dressing of the cake if required.

All cakes can be collected from our Ashford (Kent) studio. Where appropriate, we supply cakes with full storage and assembly instructions. We are also happy to advise on transportation of the cake. If the cake is collected either by client or courier, Blé couture cakes is not liable for any damage to the cake once it has left our studio.
